I have made a list of my weight loss rewards as I travel along the road to my weight loss goal.
1st Mini Goal: 5% weight loss = Gym Motivation Tank Top & Workout pants (-11 lost)
2nd Mini Goal: 10% weight loss = Garmin Forerunner 305 GPS Receiver With Heart Rate Monitor
(-22 lost)
3rd Mini Goal: 15% weight loss = .. {I'm still thinking of this one} (-33 lost)
My GOAL weight: (175 lbs) A weekend trip with my husband :)
