The weekends are the hardest for me. For the most part, I really work hard on watching what I eat and logging it in my food journal. But getting my exercise in, is really hard for me on the weekends.
I ran a 5K on Thursday (March 15) and I was to sore to do anything on Friday. Saturday I was just lazy and Sunday morning, I sit here in my pjs blogging.....
I need to figure out a way to get over hitting a brick wall on the weekends...????
