My friends and I are doing a 3 day Juice Cleanse. Im on day 2, Which is a full day of Juice. I just made the Breakfast Juice and its not bad. Very Citrusy...
I will be running today with my son, as my husband "conned" me into another 5K on Thursday. Im trying to tell myself it will only get better and easier. But once I finish the 5K, I'm sore for 4 days later. I feel like I can't move :(
Im mad at my scale lately - It hasn't moved :( I guess I need to work harder!
On another note my sons started their baseball seasons. My younger son is playing TeeBall and my Older son is playing on the Traveling Team again. They are both so excited!
I will continue Insanity but will mostly be doing that when I can not get and other activity in. So that is my "back up" plan :-)
